原則として個別対応しません。
Windows 11では情報が足りません。下の問い合わせでもそうでした。
何度も聞かないとだめですかね。本来なら放置します。
ビルド番号は？
winverコマンドで表示します。
こちらで再度ダウンロードし、検証しましたが再現しません。
こちらの環境は Windows 11 22631.3447 です。
さらにAvastでスキャンしても脅威は発見されません。
だから大丈夫とは言い切れません。
すでにパソコンがウイルスに感染している場合、ダウンロードした実行ファイルに感染するからです。
こちらで判断のしようがありません。
誤認している可能性もあれば、パソコンがすでにウイルスに感染しているかもしれません。

情報不足ですみません。
PCをフルスキャンしてみます。

試したかったのはReadコマンドで、7.94ではできませんでした。
Erase, Check, Writeはできるみたいでした。

慌てないでください。
PICerFT 7.94 も 8.00 も正常です。
PIC18F27Q43 の Configuration の設定で Code Protection を有効にしているので
読みだせなくて当たり前です(すべて0x00として読みだされる)。
それがコードプロテクションです。
読みだせないようにするのがコードプロテクションです。

コードプロテクションしています。
ソースで

としていませんか？
